Which is the best order ,should i do Weights then cardio or Cardio then weights?

The body takes 20 minutes to warm up. In this period, no fat is burnt when doing cardio. Also, if you do cardio first, you'll have less energy for the weights.

So weights to warm up and use your maximum energy, then cardio to burn the rest off.
