New to taking Supplements
This is what I am taking and its my first foray into supplements so any advice would be well received as I am still learning lol.
1. Gold Standard WPI - (has BCAA of 5.5grams)
2. Creatine Mono.. (before or after workout)
3. L Glutamine ( once a day)
4. C4 (only when I need an energy kick)
#What I need to know is how is the following
1. How much dosage of WPI do I take a day, the instructions says according to your needs. One scope has 32g per serve (24g is pure whey)
2. Do I need to take anything else (eg more BCAAs)
