Yeah, hi I am Bingbong and I gained a metric crapload of pure lard in the last couple of years. Currently on a very low calorie diet to get the worst of it off, getting my fitness back slowly at the same time. My Doctor is on board and is tracking me fortnightly.
I used to have a power cage etc in the garage and followed a sort of stronglifts program. Just tossing up whether to buy the the set up again or just join the gym.
Will probably buy the gear as there is only one gym in town and it has sucky hours.
