Weight loss supplements

Since when is time a supplement or drug? If you can't contribute to the topic, don't.

I make the mistake of not looking at the forum I use the "unread posts" link.

But "time" is a healthy option is all.

I don't know why people need results "now"?

Well some people want quick results and that may lead them to supps or drugs. It's there decision.
 
Cardio and diet are your best bet. Unless you don't want to work hard on them then consider an EC stack before going to anabolic routes unless you really know what you're doing.
 
So Albuterol is completely legal in Australia? @Oni; ?

You just can't buy it in large amounts (wow how hard this would be to get around).

I'll probably just diet in 3 weeks without any "supplements" after finishing Smolov but it's interesting to know it's there.

From what I've read these things don't really help a huge amount until you get to low bodyfat - if anything they'd make it too easy and you'd just rebound after developing a bit of a dependency. I'm fine dieting 'naturally', done it many times before.

1. Slight calorie deficit to lose weight
2. Heavy weight training to maintain lean mass
3. High protein to maintain lean mass


Cardio if you want to eat a bit more....
