Fark. All the Weet Bix peeps in here. I'm sure I checked the Nutritional Information of both and found that Weet Bix contained a lot more Sugar and Salt than Vita Brits. That's why I always ate Vita Brits.

Haven't eaten em for a decade or more though.

my kids love wheat bix, but i reckon you can taste the sugar in them, i dont really have cerial well at least for breakfast and if i do it will be oats

I like oats.

Would it hurt anyone to know i dont cook them? Nope. Cold, with milk and a banana cut up and tossed in. Taste like cardboard when cooked.

Gross.

I doubt there is much sugar in Weet Bix. Maybe in those flavoured ones. However Sanitarium is a company wholly owned by the Seventh Day Adventist church, enjoys NFP status and pushes a vegetarian agenda.

Enjoy your fucking cardboard...??????
Man.
Breakfast when bulking:

150gm oats.
300ml full fat milk added to oats.
2 scoops of protonz in water.
Large banana sliced and added to oats also.

No cooking. Just beautiful. Goes down a treat. 1100 calories. Thanks for coming.

Quick oats dinged in the microwave with a spladge of milk, then topped up with more milk, honey, walnuts, banana, and a sprinkle of stevia is the way I have been devouring them lately. Delishus.

Weetbix are for kids and numbnuts whose tastebuds haven't quite grown up yet lol!
