If you find Tadalafil doesn't agree with you (can cause headaches in some people) try Sildenafil, or vice versa. Or even better instead of acute large doses, try a low daily dose. Depends what you are taking them for. ED or BP or both? If you are quite lean they are fantastic PWO for vascularity. Both can affect eyesight also - you're forced to take a long hard look at yourself. Be careful when taking them, if you get tablets and they get stuck in your throat they can give you a stiff neck. Get a script, or any reputable research chem supplier will have liquid.
Cant help you with the online website side of things, but as previous posters the cialis will last longer, less chance of headache, but the cost...4 tabs of cialis will set you back around $90 in a pharmacy, but you can get generic viagra 4pk for about 12 bucks in store.
Given the cost of generic V, id go to a bulk bill dr and get a script and try that first.. I wouldnt imagine a male doc giving u a hard time..it can be awkward for them too. And yeah, the headache and flushing of the face is the biggest side-effect..

I have 30 boxes of Cialis C20 in my safe. 4 tablets in each box. Knock offs I got in Pattaya. Still have main ingredient Tadalafil and works fine.
Be mindful Cialis works on arousal. You can't expect it to work well if your banging something less then a 5/10 or feeling guilty about cheating.
Great for multiple loads. 10 mins later your ready like you were 14 again.

Take 1 tablet which has 20 grams of Taladfil (hence why its call Cialis C20).
I found best to take at least 30-40 mins before any form of action. It has worked as quick as 15 mins before, but that was with a woman whom I had been sleeping with for a while.
It will give you a hot flush and blotchy face which will subside after you cum. It also tends to last about 15-24 hours. Useful on dirty weekends or night/morning sex.
It cured any ED issues I had, often associated with risky non monogamous sex.
But mainly took it because I would blow quick the first load and then would need to long to bar up the second time (if I could). Now, I can easily bar up a second time within 10-15 mins and because your already drained from the first load, can go for much longer the second time.
It's a game changer.

Yep, it's good stuff.
I've been very conservative with it - only 5mg per dose - takes a few hours to kick in.
I don't know whether it does much for recovery time with me - but (1) I'm an old bastard, and (2) it's been a long time since the missus was up for seconds straight after - so I don't have much chance to try it out (twice).
I think that, in addition to its stiffy-enhancing value, it does, over time, make the membrum virile actually bigger, even when in its resting state. Probably because it swells it up more than normal when turgid.
Is that your experience (or anyone else's, who has tried this, or V)?
As for side effects, I haven't noticed any myself - although if I were to go up to 20mg a pop, I might.

Yeah I used to cut them in half but after a few times I built up a tolerance as I was taking it 2-3 times a week.
Agree on the extra size, I feel in and around the time I take it, my shaft feels fuller.

Not in India at all.
I am having obtained tablets with 40mg, Sahib!
(I take a little nibble of the pill - which is my estimate of an eighth of it - so about 5mg per shot)

I hadn't heard of PT141 before. Have been looking it up. Also called Bremelanotide - a peptide hormone related to Melanotan.
