been away for a while and havent seen the fights as of yet heres my tips..

Ebersole just ran out of ideas, finally, against a bigger stronger guy. He's been great, but he'll need to step up another level if he's to go any further (which I don't think he will, but he'll get a few more money appearances before being cut, which he's 100% earned).

I'll put up the results today at work and for those who are interested. The FX card coming up looks awesome.

Thanks for pointing it out. Normally l put 1 point etc next to each one but this time l didnt and well... mistake.

Didn't know where to post this so I thought to stick it here whilst visiting and hopefully more experienced users can pass the word.

My Norton Software has in the past picked up links from MMAWeekly.com that contain malicious software (Tito Ortiz's interview about TRT is one I remember). My Nortons has now banned me from visiting MMAWeekly.com due to these concerns.

Just informing others incase they aren't using updated and good internet security software.

Just finished watching Machida v Bader. Thought Machida would catch him around round two. Nice short right hand by Machida, the same as what Tito caught Bader with, both times were due to Bader not adjusting upon distance closedown, albeit Bader rushed Machida with a one two (or a weird superman punch), as opposed to Tito rushing Bader the last time. Machida brilliantly slipped and blocked Bader’s stepping in one two (or weird superman punch) then drilled him. Wouldn’t fight Machida with a baseball bat lol, foot speed, hand speed, great defensive skills and accuracy! You can see why Machida gets next shot at the title ahead of Shogun. (Bader then tapped against Tito within seconds of Tito getting the guillotine choke). Are these signs Bader hasn’t fully made the transition from wrestler to MMA fighter yet. Fighters like Jon Fitch will sit defending a full on guillotine choke for half an hour without tapping. All easy for me to say sitting on my couch eating peanuts!



Seen bits and pieces of the Shogun v Vera. Vera looked more powerful. Might have been his undoing cardio wise. Fourth round Shogun locked on. Vera to get the pink slip (followed by Forrest and Hughes???).

Machida fight went as expected, but what was Bader meant to do.. He did have to rush/close at some point. Machida does seem motivated too. Hope he beats Jones, or Dan beats Jones.

Shogun looked the same as against Dan, but thats not good enough to be ready to fight Jones. Jones doesn't exactly go into wars/slug feasts.

150 this weekend, I think Benderson takes it, got to much over Frankie. Guillard vs Cerrone should be FOTN though...


Edit: BJ vs Rory is out for 152, sucks so badly, huge BJ fan (like everybody else), be awesoem to see him fight again.

Rory and BJ probably moving to 154 now in Canada... Bj wants 153 though...

I would have thought Bader would have gone for a power double, even though Machida would have trained for it in his sleep. He went in high, no level change or angle, I think he stuffed up. It didn't look right or logical. Not saying a double would have got Machida down, but Randy is a Greco Roman specialist and he couldn't use upper body (Greco) wrestling to get Machida down, doubts Bader (Freestyle wrestler) could have.

Jones v Hendo. Long versus Short. Sniper versus Bomber. Unless Jones has self destructed (DUI etc.) I thinks Jones should win.

Whats with the other Hendrsen, 150 pounder??? looks bigger than Forrest Griffin!

just finished watching Shogun v Vera. I rescind my previous comments about Vera to get pink slip. He has heart, he's smart, usually well prepared! Dana/UFC you can't.
