After doing heavy chest especially after hitting incline I find my shoulders the next day are sore at the front, so on shoulder day I hit sides light as till fail and then bang out the rear delts with the 20's.
Do you think my shoulders are getting enough bang or should I try hit them twice in a week, cos they lag.
