Triceps

I aint Oni, but i reckon it could be depending on rep range, people like chad waterbury (hypertrophy dude) love the high frequency method to build muscle even got a program focusing on cycles of muscle groups called HFT

As i said man some are firm believers in this high frequnecy method obviously it doesnt work for you but for some jt does, personally i reckon sweet spot is 2xweek and has worked well for my Bis well
