Training Routines

sometime i still get sore but not too often i found it better when i slightly backed off the weight and used better form. we have been doing it for a few weeks now so we are deciding weather or not to add in curls and skull crushers only because we have done training prior to this program.
 
Just STICK to the program.. for 2-3 months at least. You won't regret it. If you HAVE to add something, add it on friday.
 
well you guys have more experience and knowledge in training than what we do so we will go with what you's say wont add anything in for at least another few months, il be doing few solid months plumbing work experience before hopefully becoming an apprentice so there is no doubts il be busting my arse on the shovel lol that will be training in it self...lol
