I do train everyday. But after a month or so of this, Ill take 3 full days off or reduce my volume by half for 1 week to allow my body to recover. Thats just me personally, I tend to put my body through a lot of shit.
Your body is amazing at adapting, in my experience most people in the fear of over training actually under train.

Friend No, I already did some cycling today
Me: So?
Friend: So I already trained my legs, dont wanna over do it.
Btw he had just done 30 minutes of cycling... on a stationary bike...
