Torn between CrossFit & Strength Training

well maybe its not dumb as a sport goes, but some of the training logs I have read lack any real sense IMO. it just could be run better.
though thats only a few logs, im sure the tops guys and coaches stuff makes alot more sense.

and yes. its Way too expensive.
