Seen some kunce today, not sure if he was doing nothing but negatives or just kept biting off more than he could chew. Loaded up 100kg on to the bar to squat. Got down in to the hole, couldn't get back up so ditched the weight onto the safeties. Pulled the plates off and re-racked, only to load up 90kg. Same chit, down in to the hole and ditched it. Repeat previous steps and go again with 80kg. I think at this point he realised today wasn't the day for squatting so loads 200kg on to the Hammer Strength leg press (the ones where the sled weighs like 60 or 70kg). Did half a rep and stopped, pulled a plate off either side and went again, half a rep. Another plate off and another half a rep. Got up, left the remaining plates on and walked out like a boss.
