Gym was packed this morning, had loads of peoples in it.

Still struggling to bench more than 70 kilo's, i need to increment 2.5 kilo's each week i think and bench 3 times a week or so :/

Twice a week heavy is the ticket
 
At the camp gym this week:

A bloke work up to 90kg then 100kg bench, but couldn't lift any reps without a spotter doing very heavy curls...
A big dude about 6'8" doing strict form wide grip pullups, busting out 10-12 reps before fatigue
The same skinny kid that does abs and shoulders every day, used straps to do 60kg shrugs.

And finally, a bloke whinge like fuck about people who crank their heavy metal shit while he's trying to watch TV. I proceeded to put on Iron Maiden on max volume....
 
Some dude practicing his freestyle in front of the mirrors. I thought he was warming up, stretching, but it went on for a good 20 minutes.
 
Some sparkies were messing around with the power, cut it without telling anyone, 3 kunce nearly faceplanted on the treadies. I found it amusing, don't think anyone else did
 
Some kid in ottermode and his friend were benching 2 plate with 1/4 range of motion. They threw on 3 plate and downed the range of motion to 1/8, with the other guy spotting him the entire way. Then they went to 3 and a half plate, but the gym owner came out and blasted them for being dumb c#nts who will probably kill themselves. Glad to see them told off for it before they both dropped it and crashed the idiot underneath.
 
A fucking mess, shit everywhere. I need to throw out some shit starting with computer cases and monitors I think.
 
a couple of young lycra clad lasses doing crossfit, was nice to observe.....

An U/23 who weighs 72kg hang-cleaning 175kg for 2. He can only deadlift 190kg

A 105kg sweat-monster push pressing 170kg

The same person pausing ATG front squats with 200kg no belt.
 
Finally saw someone fall off an upside down bosu ball. I had my headphones in and somehow contained my laughter to the inside. She fell on her friend too and I was hoping for a domino effect but her friend was clearly more skilled as she brushed her off to the side and maintained balance.

Functional training.
 
Saw a you athletically built young lass in compression gear and an ill fitting sports bra doing box jumps and the like, was pleasing to the eye...
