Fadi seriously that site has about every quack alert I can think of.
I did say for entertainment purposes only Bazza, remember. In any case, check this out: http://www.livestrong.com/article/68240-foods-lot-estrogen/ Here we've got the studies lumping (wait for it), broccoli and blueberries as both having high estrogen. Last time I checked, DIM as well as I3C were supposed to fix an estrogen problem, and both of these chemicals originate from the cruciferous vegetables. So go figure...!

Doing a quick bit of research of foods.

But as far as I can see

Blueberries 15 times more estrogen than milk
Watermelon over double
Olive oil 150 times more
Multi grain bread 4000 times more

If you want to, drink your milk.
