I did this workout in 30-40mins, felt like a HIIT session, covered in sweat, ended up vomitting after deadlifts...
If I did what I did in a commercial gym I would of gotten some strange looks...
I think I might be unfit, when I rest I rest about 3mins per working set ontop of changing the weights...
It takes me about 60-70mins if I want to workout with 3mins rest.
I guess I am a lazy fat ****.
