I tore the meniscus in my left knee a few months ago and recently my physio gave me the go ahead for some stiff leg deads, I decided to be a compete retard and do a max at PTC Gold Coast novice comp last weekend. I ended up with a 252.5 pull.
Knee has pulled up well but my upper back is still fried from this.
Well not a PB that really matters to me all that much but a PB none the less.... Held a plank for 4mins 30sec yesterday after doing hanging leg raises and wipers...
My previous best was about 3:00 but I've done copious amounts of deadlifts and ab work since then so pretty happy with the result... Got 5 mins in me easy... Will do it in the next few days...

Thanks mate... I'm not a massive fan of planks either (hence the wipers and leg raises before hand) - was only done as part of "max plank hold" challenge being held at my usual gym. Just a little friendly rivalry between the members...

Don't recall asking, but I only stopped because my bar was full, I reckon I could hold 320+ at the moment, but don't really do them much. I may do know though, because with all the deficit deadlifts, I'm quick off the floor and lockout is slower.
