Although I am not a beginner, there is always something to learn, and in this case I had forgotten the basics, but following the bench press guide I finally benched over 100kg's (only 105 mind you) but I did it easily. There were no staff there today, when they return on Tuesday so I can get a spotter I'm going to go 110 and see how I go.
Nice Kaz! But where's your leg drive at?? With that arch you should be able to get a little "pop" to help you out. Do you bench with flat feet or up on your toes?
I saw one of your squat vids too (70x5), is form still similar to that?

Thanks Bams I didn't know we could "pop" a barbell in a lift? I have done that before but my butt "just" feathers the bench and it was lifting while pushing the bar back up.
I changed to flat foot not long ago, found I was more rigid(?) If that's the right word?
