Well done mate.

I benched 110 this morning for the first time ever!

Been a shitty 18 months due to injuries so I am pretty happy with that.
 

What does 110x4@9 mean?
 
Squat 160 x 8 followed by 180 x 3

Have done 180 x 3 with knee wraps but this was just with a belt.

Meeting big human pb today.
Benidikt Magnusson. Never met anyone so thick. Crazy. And his calves were bigger than most peoples on this forums thighs.
