Is that holding wrist? I think they call that the one hand pullup. If you have the other hand totally free it is one arm pullup. I don't know when I'll be able to do that one again as I still need 40kg of assistance apparently! BS!

I really wanted to do a 1 hand chin but it's insane. I don't know whether to just give up trying cause it's like setting a "One day I will bench 250kg" type goal or to keep training for it.
I'm around 86kg (whoops, edit) LBM according to a recent dexa, 107kg at the moment.
