Test E week 4 ,NO gains ?, advice please!

If you believe your diet is adequate, your stuff is legit and your resting enough, it must be your training.
 
i stopped reading at sandwich....

But honestly make the most out of the cycle...eat as much as you can....eat as much red meat (steak), oats, milk, potatos, nuts, pasta, rice, shakes etc etc as you can...and fuck have a pizza or 2 a week...your on a fucking test cycle it will not make a diff...

To be honest mate...and I am no expert id just like to point that out...but from some of your replies you really dont sound like you should be taking steroids just yet....

well if you're eating enough you will gain weight
if there is a hormone problem that will be fat gain
if there is no problems you will gain muscle lol
trust me im an expert on not gaining weight
 
I was 6 weeks into a test e cycle before I noticed strength gains even tho I had about a 14lb weight increase, was doing 500mg a week too, be patient, I know its frustrating. I taught I'd fake gear for a while. My deadlift went from 200kg to 230kg by the time I started PCT.
