ive been looking at vids on youtube and a few of the form checks on here,
The more experienced lifters on here would know alot beter what i should be looking for and look at.
Theres so man vids out there im not sure which is corect although there all pretty similar.
Just looking for some Great Form on MP, Deads and squats.
