i see...

well its just lucky i use just protein, a multi and fish oil... and keep getting my diet better..
 
been taking a multi, fish oil and liver cleanser for a while, that, BCAA's and low carb protein are my staples then i tend to cycle creatine, pre-workouts and test boosters.
I'm currently on the Bulk Powders stack and my strength gains a HUGE, which on the flip side has decreased my recovery so i'll be taking a break from that and hit some creatine with a ZERO carb pre-workout (as i'm not taking either at the moment).

Co-Enzume Q10 as I have a VERY bad history of heart disease in the family.

Fish oil about 8 per day (4am and 4pm)

Glucosamine for my old joints and bones (not sure it does anything but cheap insurance IMO)

Not sure all these are needed, but I am happy to pay for them as I save more than that in a days worth of drinking and take away that I no longer do.

Also have WPI from NoBull usually for breakfast, some BN BCAA's during work out as well as the very occasional pre workout.
