been taking a multi, fish oil and liver cleanser for a while, that, BCAA's and low carb protein are my staples then i tend to cycle creatine, pre-workouts and test boosters.
I'm currently on the Bulk Powders stack and my strength gains a HUGE, which on the flip side has decreased my recovery so i'll be taking a break from that and hit some creatine with a ZERO carb pre-workout (as i'm not taking either at the moment).
