I will argue the point of weight gainers. (no I don't use them)
Yes they are a rip off but then again you could claim protein powder is as well since it is essentially just another form of food, and the easy way out of cooking it. Weight gainers are essentially carbs mixed with some protein but an easy source of it. eg scoop goes in a container compared to any preparation what so ever.
I don't even know what the other shit is, same with all this epi stuff you guys are going on about
