I will argue the point of weight gainers. (no I don't use them)
Yes they are a rip off but then again you could claim protein powder is as well since it is essentially just another form of food, and the easy way out of cooking it. Weight gainers are essentially carbs mixed with some protein but an easy source of it. eg scoop goes in a container compared to any preparation what so ever.
I don't even know what the other shit is, same with all this epi stuff you guys are going on about

Sup scams are anything where what's advertised on the label isn't actually in the product (amino spiking, prop blends to an extent). If they advertise their product is half sugar and 10% protein, then it's up to the consumer to know that's what they want.

If you require a weight gainer take the opportunity to dirty your diet up a little a bit. Eat some pop tarts or ice cream. Getting enough carbs should never be a problem...

Recently tried a pretty fancy wizz bang product with D-AA. No noticeable effects.

I did try a herbal test booster previously and that had some pretty trippy side effects. Was having nightly vivid dreams of things that happened 10-15 years ago. Brought back some deep and buried memories lol.

Well Hydroxycut back in the day was far from a scam, they really did a lot. And it was very noticeable.

Synthol is a scam though. The results are only skin deep. It should be marketed as a make-up
