Immigration? Foreigners get married in the USA all the time though?

I'm not sure you would have much luck getting paid out in a divorce after such a short period of time. Also De facto break ups are treated the same as marriage these days I thought?

would be nice but im sure she would just dissapear back to the states. only lived together about a year. she has taken everything, im pretty much fucked.

I think your priority now ought t be hanging onto your security license by doing your best to have those alleged assault charges dropped brother. Hey, you know what?
I've had many skanks sponge off me, smashing my yeyo, ordering shit in restaurants they can't even pronounce and ringing room service like the shit is free, hey why not Grunta is paying.
So for a change, I enjoy seeing the tables turn for once.
