struggle to eat enough

I think you'll find that it was others that were saying I was wrong and I was suggesting otherwise
Yet again, I repeat myself- calories first, then whatever macros and timing works for you to allow you to successfully eat these calories

Hormones and AAS? 25% of regular gym goers in BELGIUM of all places admitted to taking AAS. This shit isn't magic and the strongest people to ever live lived before steroids even existed. If you're concerned about what other people are on, you're doing nothing more than providing a litany of excuses as to why you haven't achieved what you want

Think nutrient timing is bullshit? Well you can suck my cock as it's clearly been working for me. I've detailed everything here and there is nothing else anyone can logically attribute it to seeing as I continue to grow as I lower calories further

Do you mind just clarifying that statement for me please Oni, thanks.

Fadi.

Sure thing
I did the typical see-food diet, I was eating an average of 3,500kcal a day, high in protein fats and carbs. Usually KFC or stew from the food court for lunch then some sort of italian dish for dinner and snacks, cakes etc in between. Lots of sugar and soft drinks to push calories further

I then went to a ketogenic diet, where I eat no carbs at all (less than 30g a day, normally 20)
I have been getting very strong and very muscular doing this, despite my calories being MUCH lower. I am currently eating an average of 2,400kcal. This is 150g of fats and 200-300g of protein depending on the day.

This picture is at the height of my see-food diet in late april, fully glycogen supercompensated the day of a powerlifting meet. I was eating 3,500kcal at this point

This at 2,400kcal, a full 1000kcal less a day, completely carbohydrate depleted. My next carb up is on the 8th December so the day after, I'll post another picture of me glycogen supercompensated for a better comparison but you can see the difference is pretty massive anyway. My total went from 165/90/210 to 200/105/245 in this period

As far as timing is concerned, for me it's mostly about making and keeping myself insulin sensitive before, during and after training for about 4-6 hours and taking in the majority of my calories in this time period

My jaw is much bigger now
Looks great, I hope it grows more. The beard adds to it
I am most pleased with the neck development though, I want to go full neck-and-lips mode

lol if you're wondering what other people are taking, all you're doing is justifying your own failures
my nuts are great tho, thanks for your concern

No.

And if you have to keep telling everyone how awesome you are, are you actually that awesome?

If winning is archiving comical facial bloat then congratulations.

I find it interesting meal timing has worked for Oni.

I used to believe I must 'consume a protein shake within one hour of training' - 'eat in the golden hour' etc.

Then everyone here told me it was bullshit so I didn't bother about it.

Now a lot of people are having good results off CBL and different meal timing. I've tried saving carbs till post workout recently - is this the essence of it? I have 1 slice of bread for breakfast and lunch (rest protein). Then I have my carbs post workout. Wonder if it will help.... I wouldn't be surprised if it does...

You're a hater extraordinaire
jj80 nutrient timing is hilariously simple, it's just that people here don't understand it and use cognitive bias to justify it to themselves. Many people do it by accident and this simply adds to the effect.

The dunning-kruger effect is also in full swing many times. "I get good results from doing just this, never bothered with that shit" then look at their stats. Nothing special at all 99% of the time. Do you want to look like this person or perform like them? If not then simply do not follow their advice.

This is why I cite EVERYTHING. If I don't then simply ask and I will find the citation for it. You need to look at what successful people and medical evidence has shown. It's not even that complicated really- make sure you eat around the time you train. Wow so confusing and over complicated

Could you sum it up briefly? (what you believe)

I'm looking at a few articles on "Natural Hormonal Enhancement Rob Faigin / Nutrient Timing by Ivy"... I dont believe what anyone says anymore in bodybuilding.... I'll just give things a go to see if they work.

It seems even if something does work to an extent someone else will feel the need to write an article on why it doesnt at some point. This person gets a whole bunch of followers who didnt like what the original person said and they teach the next generation.

Key point... Find what works for you..

Dont get caught up in the bs...

The best way is to read the books themselves
I don't have a copy of NHE unfortunately, I read it once before at a library.
Better Than Steroids and Nutrient Timing are top reads though
