That is pretty disappointing if true.
So someone comes on with a legitimate problem and asks for some advice and y'all take the piss... Nice one.
The skeleton requires the muscles to work for it to be rigid otherwise it will just be a bag of bones on the ground.
The biggest loser show had a challenge for the fatties and it was just stand with a bar and weights on their back. They didn't last very long. Definitly couldn't just stand there all day.
Put them in a half squat....why am I trying to explain this.

From that point to where hip is level with the thigh is most difficult, so it makes sense how at the top of the squat you could stand there for a day because the bones are supporting the weight entirerly, the muscle's doing no work.
The fatties have a hard time just breathing let alone holding a weighted bar
Are you saying you cant't do better than them?
This is the quote.
The bones are not supporting the weight entirely and the muscles are doing some work and no you couldn't stand there all day.
Of course I think I could do better than them but I know I couldn't stand all day at the top of a squat with a heavy weight. To say the muscles do no work is totally wrong.
The muscles are doing work at the top. As soon as you get under a squat you realise this.

Bazza, no one is stupid enough to stand all day with a bar on their back, if they are that stupid then there is nothing that can be done for that person.
No excuse me I need to go and do some grocery shopping and stand in the queue.
Ok, stand there until lunchtime?
I would be surprised if I could stand more than a couple minutes with my max squat.
How long could you hold that in the sticking point position knackers?
You do realise that no one is arguing that the bottom of the squat is harder than the top. Just that you saying at the top of the squat it is entirely supported by the skeleton and the muscles are doing no work, which is wrong.
