Thanks guy, sorry late update been busy and haven't been bother reading forums much.

I only ask because I'm curious as to what your upper body will look like after (same, smaller, bigger)

To hard to take pictures, my camera's a bitch lol. Next best I can give is some measurements.
Chest - ~125cm
Upper Arm - 41-42cm
Forearm - ~36cm
Upper Leg - 71cm

In that case, I'm 100% sure dry needle acupuncture in the elbow will fix this.

Find someone. Stat.

Will do, the person I normally see and trust is a good friend of my mum's. Would have gone sooner, but she was away.
 
Well off to a great start today, hurt my back deadlifting lol. Just feels really tight/cramped like, a night sleep should fix it I hope.
