Depends on the budget.
I prefer spending time up Seminyak way, Potato Head, Ku De Ta, Cocoon etc. Go eat at Ultimos, Gado Gado, Sardine, Metis, Mama San etc.

Yeah, it's one of the last places to visit on my list. But I was just browsing last minute flights and they were on sale for $600 return. And I've just started my annual leave. Since Air Asia packed up and left Adelaide, flights are pretty expensive internationally now.
