I need a bit of advice on trying to sort out a shoulder flexibility issue. The best way to describe it I think is if I was to place a bar on my upper back for squats, I need to hold the bar right at the very end on the bar (next to the plates) as I am unable to bring my hands in any closer. So I guess I am trying to :
a. Identify what is tight
b. How to rectify
