Thanks alot deep. lots of work ahead but happy with progress at the moment. Haha well i'm not much of a sleeper at night but when the alarm goes off in the morning well thats a different story :)
 
Quarter way through so time for a progress pic. Edited pic from before which is 3 months before start of the competition but first photo I took after joining gym for the first time. Today is exactly 6 months today anyway.

Will take a leg shot on friday :)

impressive work. Yer i had a mate who was same as u. mums was white kiwi and dads a full maori. He turned into an animal and not just because he lifts.
