Looking at adding some Romanian Deadlifts into my lowerback workouts. Was just wondering if you guys have seen any good video of form/or about form regarding these lifts. I checked online and have found heaps, but they all have different variations, stances, etc.
Just want to know what is right and not ruin my back in the long run. Thanks
