I think recomps are a waste of time. They are essentially being happy with where you are at and eating at basically what is maintenance with a small +/-
that's true, it's why I don't like 'diets'.it'll be a lifestyle thing, clean up the diet forever or you'll bounce back.
Very important in my opinion. 4x a week isn't a whole lot of activity in the scheme of things.
If possible, I would be doing 45 minutes of low intensity cardio (walking, bike riding) every day. I'd then be doing 15 minutes of HIIT cardio after weight training.

I don't. So let's take that further. Don't do anything when trying to lose fat so you don't happen to make yourself hungrier?
How many fatties have you seen and said shit your problem is you are doing way too much cardio.
I lose fat easiest in footy season due to the extra cardio.
In anycase most blokes I know struggle to eat much after footy or training because they don't feel like it.
