Does this bulletproof coffee actually makes a difference to anyone here after taking it?
Or why not just have a big scoop of Craze, wouldn't that do the trick instead?
I have yet to try training prior to 6am, I shall put that in my bucket list.

I don't know how you eat a steak on the BBQ without out browning it. I have no urge to live off fucking sloppy boiled stews.
Oh and I literally just pick the leaves off my tea plant, dry them and make tea from them

Anyway, I tried the bulletproof coffee today and my energy levels are pretty good this morning- but I also had a high calorie day yesterday. It tasted far less offensive than I thought it would.
There is only one species of tea, Camellia sinensis
Uncured it is white tea, oxidized it becomes green tea and further processing turns it into black tea
i should of said variety, sinensis assamica or Sinensis sinensis

each time in the past when I bandicooted a few roots they were always very woody
Wait till they die off then dig them out, The new roots thats are starting to sprout, re plant them and then keep the rest
your second/ third will be much better, first grow never seems to be full flavor
You aldo need to slow down on the watering when they strat to die, this helps the rhizomes grow as its natrually leaching out to get more water ect

I find placebo has a big effect on me though. Which is pretty fucking sick in it's own right
I'll have to try it for a few weeks then go without

Coconut oil is not 100% MCT.
I don't have the link as it's from Alan Aragon blog but pre workout MCT supplementation has not proved itself as a performance enhancing supplement. (can't remember if it was strength or endurance though sorry)
Also, unsure of the reasoning for taking bulletproof coffee. Some people do it for apparent fat loss reasons which is basically BS. Gives you energy for hours compared to normal coffee: may have something to do with the extra 300 or so calories you are consuming.
To answer the op's Q: I'd probably just have a regular coffee myself and for breakfast eaters probably a banana or something easy to digest.
