Hello ausbb community, just wanted to ask anyone that has done cert 4 and 4 in fitness, if you learn how to view a clients body/posture to learn how to determine what exercises and are best for that person and then develop a workout program......... for example if there have narrow collarbones you wouldnt give them front squat because they wouldnt be able to hold the bar up properly, thats just a example> and do you learn how to identify postural problems in the clients and all that sort of stuff?
