Question on gravity and muscular development

I can suggest a few if interested. I own a couple of good human movement books.

I dot think he's taking into an account oblique muscle fibers for example.
 
Does gravity actually influence the direction myofibrils grow? Such as, does gravity influence the direction satellite cells 'congregate' when moving in to repair the damaged (just worked) area of muscle? Basically does gravity hinder the satellite cells from moving to the 'top' of the fiber, when healing and growing, and therefore hinders the fiber from growing more upwards then if 'grown' in zero gravity? How do we know fibers don't significantly grow just down towards the grownd... but b/c of the tendon it can 'push off' as it grows, allowing it grow upwards too?

More practice, less theory.....

Just a question.
What if indeed, gravity actually influences the direction myofibrils grow?
Would you change your training/recovery methods to take advantage of this.
If so, in what ways?

^ Wouldn't it be better to not butter your toast at all, then it can't land 'butter side down'. Just sayin' :].

People here argue which rep range produces hypertrophy and you want this question answered?

Look into - cause and effect.
