Back when I used to go to a public gym I booted one out of the way. It hit some machine and bounced up into the ceiling fan which was going flat out. Totally fucked the fan.

I visited a gym in Townsville once and the first thing I saw when I walked in was a guy doing crunches on a Swiss ball. At a conservative guess I reckon he did 954 in 16 seconds.
It was spectacular.
It will live with me forever.
