Around 113kg at 5'8"

He can't walk properly currently, he waddles

He definitely can't run

His powercleans have dropped by 10kg

He is too slow

His powerlifts are up though

Fat and Strong. The only way to be.
 
Oliver and Sherro are pretty much on the money.

The great Alexeev was asked what it took to be strong. He mentioned you needed a gut that would stop a bullet.

Apes are a perfect example of a structure built for strength, and babies.

Bow legged, gut sticking out, shoulders back.

Babies are built to get strong quickly. After that, bad parenting starts.

Suck your gut in etc, we are caught up in this social image of what we "should" look like, stuff like 6 packs lol

I'm not saying you should be obese, far from it, but the ideal physique that most have in their head is not mine.

Most dont realize his waist is over 40" around, the illusion of abs

You guys would look disgusting with a 40"+ waistline

Low bodyfat, thick waist....perfect
 
Gregg Gordon resembles an ape more than any other lifter I know, its why he totals 800kg at 18yo

He has so much muscle per square inch......no sign of a six pack though
 
Oh yeah, Dave looks like he lifts.

He has broad shoulders, thick arms, big butt, thick back, obvious trap development. He squats 200kg without a belt or wraps. That is VERY strong. Gregg commented that Dave has the best squat technique at PTC, something I already knew.

He is actually a fat Gregg Gordon
 
Do we call him Fat Gregg or call Gregg............

Dave can also front squat 160kg easily, trap bar dead 257kg, push press 100kg, bench 120kg
