I was faced with a peculiar predicament yesterday when a wheelchair gentleman who works in the area came around to see if he could get Pt's to get bigger/fitter etc.
Will be doing a consultation with him tomorrow. This would be a great learning experience for myself and the others.

Stipe the bigger guy is certified and graded in judo holds superheavy weight k21 Thai champion among other things. Numerous professional fights. Not an amateur.

Stipe did bench today 140kg x 3.. Not bad for a MMA trainer.. and Joe did squats very determined to get to 170 by end of year.
I pulled a 130kg squat just slowly getting back the strength
Sara did 80kgs dead for 3. Shes got some power in her.
Daniel tested his 1rep maxes.
Squats 90kg/bench 90kg/deadlift 140 kg.. Goal is to work him to get a 150 squat/120 bench/200 dead by this time next year.

All good buddy.. Your stronger than u think imo. U just need to get the technique right along with the mental aspect. You have the build to pull some decent numbers.
Ive already rock solid to build the frame and platform (50cm high) for the cage which will be here next monday then it will look much better than being on the ground. I left no expense out concerning that cage.
