PTC Sydney - "Spring Bash" Novice and improvers 3 Lift competition

how long do these days usually run for? Just trying to get an idea of what time Ill get home.

Depends on how many competing and latecomers. Just expect to be there till 4 or 5. Thats prolly the latest Ive gotten out.

Took the mrs along to this one... She loved it, had a great time and would like to do some powerlifting, could be one more in the sport if all goes well..
 
Yeah that was quality. Was about time that he put some weight on that bar!! The first two reps were just warmups. ;)

Haha thanks guys.

The bar was flying up for me, was one of those days. Just need to work on my squat and try and close the gap between it and Deadlifts.

Might start using a belt and knee wraps and see if it makes a difference.
