PTC is opening on the Gold Coast

I'm reluctant on giving any specifics about opening date and location just yet. But things should all be finialised by early next week.

I can reiterate what sticky said though - there will be an opening day with a fun little competition.
I can also reiterate that the gym will have some amazing equipment.

I'll post full details soon!

Ever thought of your own brand do you can expand.
Just a thought.
How can you expand being a franchise?

I don't have anything against PTC, just curious.

Best of luck anyhow.
back in the "old days" people would have been happy just to open and run one successful gym..
why would you need to expand and open 11ty million franchises?
not everyone is motivated by mountains of money?

Stick.
Rather than getting your panties in a bunch just explain the philosophy behind the franchise.

Do you need to or have to adhere to it?
Is it like fitness first or cross fit in that each gym is the same?

Not much that needs explaining about the concept of a franchise... strength in numbers.

Best of luck Tom! i'll be down there to help you christen it.

Also still owe you a burger.

Amazing how the fitness industry is becoming so fragmented, mma gyms, crossfit, health clubs, 24 hour gyms the list goes on.

Will be interesting to see if the gold coast will embrace the PTC and support two pl gyms although what polke has going on has more of an underground garage type vibe while you guys seem a little more commercialised with your strength to the masses philosophy, I love the goldy dearly but it is almost entirely populated with douche bags which is reflected in the gyms that seem most popular (worlds, empire, fenix etc).

Good luck to you. I think getting it in the right area will be the key.

Let not hyjack

Tom, do you have an idea on what sort of comp you will run on open day?

Deadlifts are always great!

Well where is PTC Gold Coast going to be located, I'm guessing the Gold Coast.

I was saying there was none in between, not that I would Join one anyway. but I know a few that would.

I'm probably gonna join my local lifestyle gym next week.
