This is a PTC event, and is only open to FEMALE LIFTERS!
It is a 3 lift competition, and there will be an under 60kg and over 60kg class. The competition will be won on outright total.

December 31st - NYE PR SESSION
This is not any type of offcial meet. The gym will be open from noon untill 5pm for you to have the last chance to hit PR's for 2013.
It doesnt have to be PL related... Can be GHR's, a KB complex, overheads ect..
There will be NO FEE
