Oh it really doesnt bother me at all strong enough, I'm not wired that way.
I know House of Pain took the NFL to court and beat them over them using House of Pain in reference to a Grid Iron field, big bucks.
I have registered ProRaw, way back in October 2010.
I just think its odd that they would contact Ben and ask him to change the name of his Powerlifting Adelaide fed, then doing something so blatantly obvious.
Just another case of them thinking they are everything powerlifting lol
Surely even you can now see why they are very much disliked all around the world.
I guess ProRaw shook them up a bit, even just a little.
You mentioned youtube hits in the strongman thread, I've been sending out the ProRaw youtube links to everyone I know and they are impressed already.
With lifters like that on board I know I'd be able to get a bunch of spectators to come (if I can't convince them to compete) and I'm sure others could do the same.
Be good for advertising, and you'd make a decent amount from the door fee.
I already can't wait for the next comp, not just to lift but to see these other guys lift.
Actually- no it probably pays homage to Pro Raw. Its "pro" in a similar sense- it is a cash prize competition. I have no doubt that people all over Oz now are looking to Pro Raw with interest. It has huge appeal.
