Yes he is, totals well over 650kg equipped at under 90kg

I think around 250kg squat, 155kg bench and pulls 260kg

Fat Dave is out, read other thread, and Chris is in, he just joined ProRaw

Chris won the last two 5 lift comps I held at PTC, he pulled 273.5kg @ 93kg without a belt to beat Nick by 1kg

Lifting will start at around 11.00am

I just got Iron Edge shirts for the lifters and spotters to wear at ProRawOne.

Iron Edge also have given me an additional 500kg of bumpers for the warm up area, we will be using Ivanko's for the competition.

I now have over 800kg of bumpers at PTC and 400kg of Ivanko's, plus a stack of assorted other plates.

News just in, Nina said she will be baking her famous muffins for the lifters.

The sad news is, if you get there AFTER Nick, you wont even know what they looked like.

As far as weigh in goes, I'll be there at 9.00am, lifters can weigh in from that time on.

Looks like I'll have to get up bright and early, as they say never try to eat after powerlifters eat.

Can't wait for the comp, am pretty excited.

Come to PTC on Friday night, most of us will be there.

We'll probably go out and get a feed together. We are surrounded by choices where we are situated.

I'll be setting things up on Friday night with the help of the guys.

What time are you getting in?

I'm not joking about the Nick thing, he moved up a weight class last time due to those blueberry muffins

Haha that's brilliant.

I could do with about eight more kilos on me too, will have to be heavier for the next comp.

Markos...where can one feed up the night before?

If you're staying near frankston Big Mouth Burger do an 800gm burger that's pretty good.

Beef, chicken breast, bacon, and eggs.

sweet...my plane gets in just after 4 so I'll probably be in Frankston by about 6 (skybus then train)..so probably be at PTC around 630 or so...

I'll see if I can organize to pick lifters up from Tullamarine

If any Victorians can help, please post on here to make arrangements.

we normally do this for interstate PTC comps Nathan, so please dont get a big head and think youre Royalty lol

It's an expensive burger. Opposite the station is absolutely fried that pretty much do the same burger for half the price. It's owned by one of the clients at ptc.
