With the gpc nationals in a few days just wondering what is the best things to eat leading up to weigh in and post weighin, and on the day.

I am not talking about crazy weight liss sessions. Just the best way to prep my body nutritonally for optimal performance.

I am on the limit so loosing a few kg of water, is prefered pre weigh in, but dont t think I need some crazy last minute fat loss calorie deficet

For this comp there is a 24 hour weigh in.

Suggestions?

Simply eat as normal...and just drop any added salt/sodium from your intake 36 hours prior to weigh in (will help you drop some ''excess'' water)...and did I mention just eat as normal...
