Its got a cardio element to it.... or HIIT if your KFG.... And buy HIIT l mean HIT.... Interval would infer there was more then one all out 100% effore over the span of 10-60 seconds. There is not.I thought these were supposed to be fitness related goals? LOL.
In that case i prescribe 3 x 45 min sessions daily. Muahahaha

I had my vert measured at about 47cm at my PTC initial assessment about 5 weeks ago. After I'm off novice program I'll get it measured again, hopefully it's closer to 65cm.
Thought my goals were quickly getting buried pages back with a rush of 'special activity' posts!
Be interested to see what gains you made when you measure again.
I should find somewhere in Melbourne to get mine assessed to benchmark gains also.

My goal right now is to add some muscles and to look huge. I have lost 39 lbs with regular cardio exercises and balanced meal plans. I have added fresh fruits and vegetables more in my diet meal, increased water intake and took green tea to burn fat, regulate metabolism and to lose weight.

My current goals are to complete smolov base cycle at 170kg current 1rm over the next 3 weeks. (prior to PTC busta nut 2) Then I'm aiming for 180kg squat and 210kg deadlift there. Also, am bulking at the moment so goal is now around 3200 cals/day.
I have a 5km fun run with work on the 25 Sep and the goal there is to do ZERO running training for it and hopefully beat my boss who is 45 year old female who has done half ironmans and was 3rd best in QLD in triathlon last year.
End of Aug/Start of Sep: I'm doing that 10000 kb swings challenge to start a cut and for fitness as I'm doing The Stampede (like tough mudder) 10km on 8 September.
Also, to do as many eating challenges as I can while still bulking and ridiculously easy to fit into macros
