I'm not susceptible to GI distress so have never had any problem. Just prepare as you would any other noodle, hokkien/udon etc, I like to stir-fry. They have a different texture. Could be good in an Asian soup too.
Looking at at least a months cut, need to drop 10kg as haven't stuck to macros since july.
Probably start on the 12th , give myself a week to get back into training and work.
Need to stock up on roasted chilli (and chilli peanuts) for snacks.
I can get a bit gurgly but thats about it. I guess its something you'd have to try in small doses first.
I use them with Chinese sauces or substitue exactly as you'd use pasta. Stir fry with veges is also good.

I am doing intermittent fasting to assist with calories being so low. I actually dont feel too bad. 3 meals @ 2pm 6 pm 9pm. The rest is fasting. First day hurt but today was better.
