If you want to root after training you can't be putting enough effort into training or rooting or both,

Sounds like your lacking stamina, you should work on that lol...crossfit perhaps.

And there's nothing wrong with being a starfish ;)
 
Actually I think they proved this. On boxers or something.

Getting off topic..


Post workout today was 200g roast lamb sandwich, it was pretty awesome.

Saw something on this...

Looked at a male and female boxer and how hard they could punch...

Sent them for a root and they came back with a stronger punch in the afternoon...

Not sure on how rigorous the testing was???
