Hmmm....May as well put my daily meals in...
4 egg whites, tuna sandwitch, tin of stagg, another tuna sandwitch, tin of beans, 2 egg whites, pork and rice noodles, roll now museli and bed!
Hungry and flat as hell today - added in some natty peanut butter - just had about 2 tablespoons...will have 200g tuna soon.
